1896 (Meiji 29) Established Kinbe Railway Co., Ltd.

1906 (Meiji 39) Established KOKURA TETSUDO CO.,LTD. , Kanabe Railway Co., Ltd. was dissolved and established by taking over the railway laying rights and other rights.

1915 (Taisho 4) Started railway business with Soeda Line between Higashi-Ogura and Soeda

1943 (Showa 18) The railway business is requisitioned by the government to carry out the Pacific War.

1945 (Showa 20) Acquired the oldest Yamaoka gear factory in Kyushu.

1973 (Showa 48) Start of operation of Tobata factory

1978 (Showa 53) Introduced German-made bevel generalizer Uniflex type equipment

1979 (Showa 54) Started delivery to Iseki Agricultural Machinery Matsuyama Factory tractor line

1980 (Showa 55) Transfer of equipment from Tobata Factory to Kokura Factory.

1984 (Showa 59) Started delivery to Honda Motor Co., Ltd. Kyushu Works

1985 (Showa 57) Started delivery of gears to Mitsubishi Motors, Daihatsu, and Yamaha.

1991 (Showa 63) Completed development of fire engine, exhibited at West Japan Machinery Exhibition

Exhibited a small fire pump car at the Tokyo International Fire and Disaster Prevention Exhibition in 1994, and delivered a small fire pump car to Kitakyushu City.

1995 (Heisei 7) Delivery of small vacuum trucks and small garbage trucks to Kitakyushu City

1998 (Heisei 10) Moved the gear and vehicle line to Kanda-cho, Miyako-gun, Fukuoka (in front of Nissan Kyushu Factory), and started mass production of gears for overseas and domestic markets.

2006 (Heisei 18) Moved to Ueki Mechatronics Town Industrial Park, Nogata City, Fukuoka Prefecture

2007 (Heisei 19) Received guidance from automobile advisors to establish quality regulations, and received EA21 (Eco Action 21) certification registration as an environmental measure

2008 (Heisei 20) Introduced CNC lathe with 2-head type gantry device to lathe line

2009 (Heisei 21) CNC ultra-precision cylindrical grinding machine introduced, quality assurance system 2 SIY line established

2018 (Heisei 30) Construction of gear tooth surface abnormality diagnosis system by conducting joint research with Professor Eiichiro Tanaka of Waseda University Faculty of Science and Engineering
